Ignacio “Iggy” Yulis is CEO and Co-Founder of Resolution Search, LLC. Previously, he founded IGY Search, formed in 2020, and successfully completed dozens of management and executive-level searches on behalf of real estate clients during its three years in operation. Before forming IGY Search, Iggy was a Partner with Rhodes Associates, overseeing search engagements in all areas of real estate, including investments, asset management, development, construction, leasing, investor relations, and finance. Before joining Rhodes in 2011, he spent 15 years recruiting accounting, operations, compliance, and investor relations professionals within the financial services and alternative investments sector. Iggy received his BA in Philosophy from George Washington University and currently resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Paul Dunlevy is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Resolution Search, LLC. Paul has dedicated his career to search and consulting since 2012 and his experience covers all major disciplines within the real estate industry. Leveraging from his experience as a Director at Ferguson Partners and Partner at Rhodes Associates, Paul brings a distinctive blend of institutional expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to executive search.
Paul firmly believes in a "people-first" approach and is driven by the human component of search. His goal is to establish a firm that focuses on the professional development of his clients, candidates, and employees, and less on the typical transactional nature of the industry.
In his free time, Paul volunteers as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, dedicates time to a not-for-profit focused on assisting young adults aging out of the foster care system and enjoys participating in recreational sporting leagues. Additionally, Paul consistently expands his professional knowledge and skills through real estate courses at NYU's School of Professional Studies, aspiring to earn a graduate certificate in Management Consulting. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Rider University.
Dan Schlesinger is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Resolution Search, LLC. With a decade of experience focused on real estate search, he has successfully placed approximately 150 professionals within development, acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, property management, and construction verticals. His clients range from boutique entrepreneurial developers to international institutional real estate owner-operators and investment firms.
Dan began his career in real estate development and construction with Toll Brothers and Meridian Development Partners. While initially pursuing a more traditional development career path, he discovered his passion for the relationship-building and interconnectedness inherent in the real estate industry. Dan views each search mission as an opportunity to enhance both the professional's life and advance the vision and long-term value of the company he proudly represents.
Dan graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and earned an MBA from Georgetown University.
